Paid in full for the service and it has been over one and a half years and not received my album or DVD. She used to at least respond to emails before but now won't even reply for emails or messages. Other people who have had similar experiences with this trader, please get in touch with trading standards. I have. If more people come forward and complain then at least she will be stopped from doing this to other consumers. I'm now going down this route.
